University of St Andrews
The University of St. Andrews, with its 600-year legacy of academic excellence, in 2023 expanded its educational offerings by introducing online short courses. Known for its prestigious in-person education, the university sought to adapt to the changing needs of lifelong learners by incorporating flexible, short-form courses into its curriculum. By leveraging its rich history and combining it with the right tech stack, St Andrews has successfully managed to maintain their high standards and prestigious reputation while scaling their short course offerings, ensuring that learners worldwide can benefit from their high-quality educational experience.
Online Workforce College
Jones College’s Online Workforce College initiative, with just a small team of 2, successfully launched and scaled its online skills-competency training program that results in alternative credentials, has issued 99,000 credentials to 9,000 users over 3 years, demonstrating that impactful results are achievable even with limited resources. OWC is designed to provide quality, in-demand, affordable online skills training to individuals to gain a competitive advantage in the workplace leading to improved quality of life, as well as providing employers with a more productive and educated workforce.
