Building a Scalable Continuing Education Ecosystem at the University of Edinburgh
Continuing education courses had been running at Edinburgh for years, but its 25 schools didn’t share infrastructure, and there was no central catalog for learners to browse the full course portfolio.
With Eduframe and Canvas LMS, Edinburgh built a single, learner-first platform in under a year. Since launching shortcourses.ed.ac.uk in June 2025, the university has:
